1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance amount as specified below.
Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Before 30 days of the departure date: 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
Before 10 days of the departure date: 75% of the total amount will be deducted.
Less than 10 days before departure: Full advance amount will be deducted.
No refund for no-shows or early departures.

Journey with Vishwash acts as an agent for hotels, transport services, and other travel service providers. We are not responsible for:

Any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties.
Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other documentation.
We are not liable for denied entry or delays due to documentation issues.

All travelers must be physically fit for the planned itinerary.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone whose condition may affect the safety of the group.

All travelers must behave respectfully and follow local laws and customs.
We reserve the right to remove any individual causing disruption without refund.

9. Pricing and Inclusions:

All prices are in INR and include only the services mentioned in the package.
We reserve the right to revise prices due to changes in fuel, taxes, or other charges.
